Career Fair

On 19th Feb we started with the registration of the participated NGO's. It was an good output that we had 17 NGO and our fellows had Skype interview with some other organizations like Karadi tales, Lets Dream etc. It was an great opportunity of their life where they attended 3 to 4 interviews. They were very excited and eager to interact with NGO people. After the Career Fair we requested the NGO to give us a feedback that we should improve the Career Fair next time. In the opinion of people this is a good platform to find suitable person for their organization. Some of the NGO's have hired fellows from previous batch and they feel they are the exact people whom they were figuring out.

We feel Proud of fellows because they have created this standered for the fellowship program. We look forward for the same support from all the NGO's.

Development Dialogue

This was a great opportunity for Cohort 5, 6 and DSF fellows to be a part of Development Dialogue. Cohort 5 fellows played an important role in all committees. They were the leader for the group of volunteers in the particular committee. Initially they came up with their own to do list and what they can do to fulfill the expectation of the role which they are handling. During the DD fellows were able to attend some of the case studies, Keynote speaker sessions, in which they are interested. Even fellowship program was able to have people who are experts, successful entrepreneurs as a guest speaker in this busy schedule in a formal way. Really in this Development Dialogue Deshpande Fellowship Program has leveraged the opportunity, and the response of people was positive.
Deshpande Fellowship Program appreciates the participation of fellows in DD and congratulate them. The expectation of people from this DD was more than the last year and fellows proved themselves in their role. We thank DF also for giving a big responsibilities to the fellows to realize their potentials.
